Here are 4 things I’ve learned from my job.

1) Chaos

I work 8 hours in a place that turns into complete chaos at certain hours of the day. How you handle it matters a lot.

2) Patience

You need a lot of it when working in a service-based business where the client is always right. You have to find a way to swallow all the stress you absorb.

3) Time

It’s very important that every client is served quickly — most of them don’t want to wait.

4) Attitude

How you serve the client and the attitude you bring matters. They can feel when something is off.
