You're not the same person who started. That's the progress you keep ignoring.

Imagine measuring your growth not in followers or income but in how differently you think, move, and see the world compared to when you started. That gap is bigger than you've been giving yourself credit for.

We often see results as numbers on a screen or relationships with other people. And yes those are the good visible results.

But there are also invisible results. Like becoming disciplined.

If you've been building something for one straight year congratulations. You've become consistent.

If you're learning a new skill congratulations. You've become smarter.

Go deeper into these things and you'll see you're getting far more results than you think.

You don't need to tell yourself you're stuck and making no progress at all. Because you are making progress. You're just not giving yourself enough credit.

What's one piece of progress you've made so far? Write it in the comments I'd love to check it out.
